Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026 · Vizzion Ventures Inc.

We want every engagement with Vizzion Ventures Inc. to be a confident purchase. This policy explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work for each of our services. All refunds are issued in US dollars (USD) to the original payment method via Stripe.

1. Venture Blueprint (USD $295, one-time)

• Before your strategy session: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After your strategy session but before the report is delivered: 50% refund.
• After the Blueprint report is delivered: the engagement is complete and no refund is due. If the report does not match the scope promised, tell us within 7 days and we will revise it or refund you in full.

2. Launch Sprint (USD $4,900, one-time)

• Before the sprint start date in your proposal: cancel any time for a full refund.
• During the sprint: you may cancel in writing at any point. We refund the unused portion, calculated pro-rata by sprint weeks remaining, less work already delivered.
• After delivery: the included 2-week post-launch fix window covers defects at no charge. If we fail to deliver the scope agreed in your proposal, you are entitled to a refund of the undelivered portion.

3. Venture Partner (USD $2,500 per month)

• Cancel anytime — email us and your subscription ends at the close of the current monthly billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no minimum term.
• Payments already made for the current cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has begun, except as described in Section 5.
• Unused hours do not roll over between months.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email info@vizzionventures.com from the address associated with your purchase, with the subject line "Refund request" or "Cancellation." We acknowledge every request within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

5. Our Satisfaction Commitment

If we materially fail to deliver what your written proposal promised, we will make it right — by revising the work, re-performing it, or refunding the affected amount. Disputes are rare because scopes are written down before any payment is taken; when in doubt, we err on the side of the client.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us first — nearly every issue can be resolved directly, and usually faster than a dispute process.
